feat(steammachine): enable Wake-on-LAN on enp5s0 The machine sleeps on a power-button event via steamos-powerbuttond (Deck semantics: Jovian wires it as a user unit and sets logind HandlePowerKey = "ignore"). While in s2idle it answers no ARP and drops off Tailscale, so it becomes unadministrable until something local wakes it. Observed directly: unreachable for 3h41m, and a nix-copy-closure deploy failed with "Connection closed by 192.168.1.111". The NIC supports it, so no need to give up console sleep: Supports Wake-on: pumbg Wake-on: d driver: r8169, rtl8168h-2_0.0.2, link 1000Mb/s networking.interfaces.<name>.wakeOnLan defaults its policy to [ "magic" ], which is exactly the magic packet wakeonlan sends. Also installs ethtool, which the base profile lacks, to verify Wake-on: g after a reboot. It writes a systemd .link, so it applies when the device appears, not live. Caveat: r8169 is the same Realtek driver family as the rivendell postmortem. That was offload and RX bugs rather than WoL, but a real wake still needs testing before trusting it.
