fix(erebor): renew OpenBao backup token before nightly snapshot

The on-disk periodic token expired around 2026-05-05. Nightly
openbao-backup.service then 403'd for four months while restic kept
shipping the last good snaps. Renew on each run so a 768h period
cannot silently die again.
