fix(gaming): keep protontricks and winetricks on Jovian hosts Regression from the gaming.desktop split. That group is "desktop launcher extras that Jovian replaces", and I put protontricks and winetricks in it. They are not launcher extras: they repair game prefixes, and Jovian supplies no equivalent. So the Steam Machine and the Steam Deck — the two hosts with desktop = false — lost exactly the tools needed to fix a prefix on a host with no package manager to fall back on. Hit for real: LEGO Batman failed to launch on the Steam Machine with "Microsoft Visual C++ 2015-2022 Redistributable required" and there was no protontricks on the machine to install it. Moves both out of the cfg.desktop group so they are installed whenever gaming is enabled, and updates the option description that still listed them as desktop extras. The redist was installed in the meantime via `nix shell nixpkgs#protontricks`, so this is about the next host and the next game, not that one.
