fix(steammachine): scope Nintendo patch to Bluetooth service

Override hardware.bluetooth.package rather than global pkgs.bluez. The patch changes bluetoothd internals only, so consumers of stock libbluetooth do not need a rebuild. Preserve Valve patch URL, hash and extraction. Correct the unsupported claim that a closed upstream PR means the patch can never merge.
