fix(desktop): exclude Vesktop from Mullvad (#297)

## Change
- Add a high-priority Vesktop launcher on ammars-pc that uses `/run/wrappers/bin/mullvad-exclude`.
- Cover terminal, app-menu, and niri startup launches while preserving Home Manager Vencord settings.
- Disable the old direct-Electron XDG autostart entry; niri remains the startup owner.
- Leave other apps and hosts unchanged.

## Checks
- Home Manager evaluation and home.path build passed.
- Checked that profile bin/vesktop resolves to the wrapper, desktop Exec and niri use PATH, and the hidden autostart entry renders correctly.
- Pre-commit and pre-push hooks passed; independent review passed.
- No live activation or Vesktop restart performed.

## First activation
Back up the existing unmanaged `~/.config/autostart/vesktop.desktop` on ammars-pc before `nh home switch`; Home Manager deliberately does not overwrite it. Fully quit and restart Vesktop after activation so the running process receives the exclusion.

This bypass uses the normal public IP for Vesktop. Direct manual launches of raw Electron store paths are not covered. This does not patch the separate IS_DEV JavaScript error.
