fix(voicemail): pin receiver to theoden NFS host (#316)

Pin `voicemail-receiver` to `theoden`, where the NFS export lives.

A samwise kubelet/PLEG stall on 2026-09-05 left Terminating NFS mounts and blocked replacements for ~19h. The recovered pod already runs on theoden. This makes that placement durable in GitOps.

If theoden is NotReady, the pod will not schedule elsewhere. That matches the NFS single-host failure domain.
