feat: lutris + cursor fixes (#314)

Adds native Lutris (replacing the flatpak) to the gaming aspect.

Also includes two previously unpushed local commits fixing the WoW force-grab cursor behavior.

- add `lutris` to gaming home.packages (umu-launcher already present, so Proton runners work out of the box)
- remove force grab cursor to fix sens wow
- return force grab cursor
