feat(hermes): prioritize Grok and GLM (#299)

## Summary

- Make `xai-oauth/grok-4.6` the primary Hermes model.
- Add `zai/glm-5.3` as the first fallback with the existing OpenBao Z.AI key.
- Keep `openai-codex/gpt-5.6-sol` as the final fallback.

## Checks

- `nixfmt --check hosts/servers/aragorn/hermes.nix`
- Targeted pre-commit hooks for the changed file
- Evaluated the Hermes settings, Vault template, and systemd environment file
- Built `nixosConfigurations.aragorn.config.system.build.toplevel` with `--no-link`
- Inspected the generated Hermes configuration and systemd unit

No configuration was activated.
