fix(steammachine): apply Valve's BlueZ fix for the Switch Pro Controller

Apply Valve’s hash-pinned Nintendo Switch Pro Controller patch only to hardware.bluetooth.package. Keep global pkgs.bluez unchanged to avoid unrelated rebuilds. All 23 NixCI checks pass. Temporary Steam Machine deployment used the patched daemon; user reports the wireless controller works well.
