feat(org-roam): bootstrap Syncthing on desktop, Framework and aragorn (#338) ## Summary ```text org-roam-sync.nix → desktop + framework13 + aragorn ``` Prepare an unpaired Syncthing folder with a private web UI, 30-day file history, and Home Manager-managed .stignore. Exclude Git/Jujutsu internals, editor locks, and known Hugo/Quartz build output. Keep notes and attachments. Device IDs and folder peers must be added to Nix after first start, before sharing. Manual sharing of declared folders is overwritten by Home Manager. ## Evidence - **Before:** desktop had only game-save sync; laptop and aragorn had no Syncthing. **After:** pinned Nix assertions pass on all three hosts; desktop game-saves remains configured. - All applicable commit hooks passed, including nixfmt, statix, deadnix and ripsecrets. Independent review passed. - Full builds and live sync tests not run. Nothing activated or paired. ## Merge Danger **Door:** two-way **Blast Radius:** notes Aragorn receives the config through Comin after merge. Workstations need Home Manager activation. No remote peers are configured, so this is bootstrap only. Back up both note folders before a follow-up connects them. File history is not a separate backup.
