feat: improve Herdr remote review workflow (#341) ## Summary - package and link the pinned Reviewr plugin with `prefix+d` - patch Herdr 0.9.1 to transfer one copied Linux file during remote `Ctrl+V` - reuse the existing clipboard-image wire path without a protocol change - keep image paste behavior and reject unsafe file inputs ## Checks - focused Rust clipboard and extension tests pass - patched Herdr and Aragorn Home Manager activation build pass - ammars-pc, Aragorn, and Denethor resolve the same patched Herdr derivation - automated Wayland file clipboard → patched desktop client → Aragorn test passed - transferred `.txt` SHA-256 matched exactly and temporary file cleanup passed - pre-commit hooks pass - independent final review found no issues Co-authored-by: Ammar Nanjiani <ammar.nanjiani@gmail.com> Reviewed-on: https://codeberg.org/ananjiani/infra/pulls/341
