fix(gaming): keep protontricks and winetricks on Jovian hosts (#349) ## Regression `gaming.desktop` is documented as *"desktop launcher extras that Jovian replaces"*. I put **`protontricks` and `winetricks`** in that group when I introduced it in #347. They are not launcher extras — they **repair game prefixes**, and Jovian supplies no equivalent. So the two hosts that set `desktop = false` — the Steam Machine and the Steam Deck — lost exactly the tools you need to fix a prefix, on the hosts where there is no package manager to fall back on. ## Hit for real LEGO Batman on the Steam Machine failed to launch with: ``` Microsoft Visual C++ 2015-2022 Redistributable required ``` and there was no `protontricks` on the machine to install it with: ``` protontricks not found winetricks not found ``` ## Change Moves both out of the `cfg.desktop` group so they install whenever `gaming.enable` is set, and corrects the option description, which still listed them as desktop extras. ## Note The redist itself was installed in the meantime, bypassing the config, so this is about the next host and the next game rather than that one: ```bash nix shell nixpkgs#protontricks -c protontricks <appid> -q vcrun2022 ``` That worked, but it needs `DISPLAY` and `XAUTHORITY` from the running session. Over plain SSH Wine fails with `nodrv_CreateWindow: Application tried to create a window, but no driver could be loaded` and winetricks aborts with status 130. A machine with the tools installed and a session to run them in avoids that whole dance. Co-authored-by: Ammar <ammar.nanjiani@gmail.com> Reviewed-on: https://codeberg.org/ananjiani/infra/pulls/349
