Expose one package name per app build and finish guideline cleanup

Keep go-app-starter and go-app-starter-dev as the canonical Nix packages;
remove the duplicate backend and backend-dev aliases. Existing first-party
callers need no migration.

Finish the audit's comment and documentation formatting fixes, and keep
independent about-page assertions running after a status mismatch. Leave
historical SQL migration contents and the cache uploader's Nix dependency
unchanged.
