Restore autocomplete on Firefox Android

Firefox for Android exposes datalist DOM APIs but does not render the
suggestion popup. Use one application-owned ARIA combobox across browsers so
mobile Firefox users can see and select grocery suggestions.

Keep suggestion rendering safe with textContent, support pointer and keyboard
selection, and document the upstream Firefox bug and the native datalist
commit to revisit after Mozilla resolves it.
