Enforce grocery row invariants Rebuild the groceries table in strict mode and add database checks for domain limits, canonical edge whitespace, positive quantities, cart flags, and required timestamps. Normalize legacy values while copying rows into the new table. Testing: dev-scripts/build-all-flake-targets
