Render stored list interactions on the server

Replace client-created rename controls with server-rendered edit and restore
fragments using literal HTMX attributes. Refresh the create form out of band
and remove the empty-state message only after creating the first stored list.

Close stored-list query rows before loading each list's items so SQLite can
reuse its connection while rendering existing lists.
