Simplify MediaItem.Filenames() with a per-type spec table

Replace two separate switches on MediaType (one for the full-size
extension, one for thumbnail/display filenames) with a single spec
table, removing duplicate thumbnail-building code shared by
MediaTypeImage and MediaTypeImageAnimated.
