Merge master into file-id, move resize ops to images package

- Resolve merge conflict in cmd/import-from-tinybeans/main.go
- Add images.ResizeToWidth following the same io.Reader/io.Writer pattern
  as images.GenerateSquareThumbnail from master
- Delegate generateResized and generateSquareThumbnail to images package
- Remove thumbnail path validation for video entries
