Add hermetic operational integration tests

Exercise the S3 and SMTP adapters against local protocol peers, probe a real
video fixture, and run the Tinybeans import command in a temporary workspace.
Expose the tagged suite through a developer script and Nix package, and run
Nix Go tests with race detection.
