Merge master and move Tinybeans conversion into package Resolve the master merge by keeping the new tinybeans package layout and moving the import conversion logic out of cmd/import-from-tinybeans. This preserves reaction conversion on the branch while adopting master's Parse/Convert split and test file reshuffle.
