Import video thumbnails from Tinybeans export

Video entries in a Tinybeans export include a thumbnail image in the
blobs["o"] field alongside the video file from attachmentUrl. The
import command now copies both files, naming the thumbnail
<uuid>-thumbnail.<ext> in the destination directory.
