Show reaction remove controls on media pages (m7-3)
Render a "Remove reaction" control next to each reaction the viewer may delete:
its author, or any owner. Reactions now carry their database ID so the control
can target a specific reaction.
The DELETE /m/{id}/reactions/{reactionID} endpoint intentionally returns HTTP
501 until the next stacked commit removes reactions from the database.
