Replace Font Awesome with Lucide icons (#35)

Swap the vendored icon set to Lucide and load it from the shared base
layout so templates can render Lucide icons consistently.

Update the media view navigation to show previous and next arrows while
keeping accessible link names, and extend the browser test to verify the
SVG icons render.

Document in the Lucide bootstrap why the file is required and link to the
official Lucide getting started docs.
