Skip comments and reactions from users not in followers list (#95)

During import, comment and reaction authors may not appear in the
Tinybeans followers list, causing a FOREIGN KEY constraint failure
when inserting into the database. Drop these orphaned comments and
reactions during conversion instead of failing the import.
