Use real processor in subscriber rejection test

Replace the recordingProcessor test double (whose photoCalls counter was
never asserted) with the real uploads.Processor backed by an in-memory
memWriter, matching the happy-path test. Assert no media files are
written so the test proves rejection happens before any processing.
