Drop AVIF arg test and re-unexport animatedAVIFFmpegArgs

The pure-function arg test asserted a literal flag list and was not worth
the API surface of exporting animatedAVIFFmpegArgs. Remove the test and
restore the function to unexported. WriteConvertedFile stays exported
because the orchestration tests in media_test.go still use it.
