Keep static cache versions stable within each server lifetime Inject the existing application clock and capture the asset version once per server. Test cache revalidation and byte ranges through registered routes rather than an exported handler factory. Fixed-clock tests cover advancing time, unchanged ETags on an existing server, and revalidation after a later startup. The tests failed before adding the required clock parameter.
