Unify thumbnail filename suffix across all media types

Videos previously used a "-thumb-" prefix on thumbnail filenames that
images and animated images didn't, for no functional reason (both
paths already resize a source reader to the same target widths). Drop
the prefix so all media types share the same "-<width>px.jpg"
thumbnail naming.
