Enable supplied-boundary transport with portable arithmetic Preserve full native defaults while exposing a transport-only browser feature through official Symbolica and HEPKit owners. Move shared helpers to their existing mathematical modules, retain typed capability limits, and use exact owner binary encoding for all boundary-cache numerical fields in schema 8. Validate native and Astro-backed release suites, exact 4360-coefficient scientific restart, source/schema/tamper rejection, Python bindings and strict Clippy. Actual Pyodide execution remains the community host acceptance step.
