Add native dual Jacobian construction and shared program prefixes

Expose symbolic/dual construction in native generation, CLI and thin HEPKit
bindings. Compose Symbolica image duals and its native determinant before
outer subtraction jets; retain complete face derivatives and saved metadata.
Share repeated immutable Jacobian programs within the caller-owned cache.

The optional dual path currently supports numerical-dual generation in one
through six dimensions. Symbolic remains the default. Record native reuse,
physical pointwise parity, current generation tradeoffs and explicit limits.
Update the Typst/PDF report with complete fixed D05 generation measurements;
dynamic generation and the four timed integration rows remain pending.

Validation: 917 workspace tests passed, 33 ignored; strict all-target Clippy,
formatting and two post-lint scientific regressions pass. Portable candidate1
suite passes 82 tests; current CLI and thin binding checks are recorded in
the audit. No newly installed Python/browser wheel is claimed.
