Load saved evaluators without rebuilding expressions

Make inspect metadata-only by default, with explicit deep inspection and bounded saved chart previews. Show generation step timings and responsive evaluator loading with RAM and CPU observations.

Use native direct evaluation for exact offsets and mass validation, defer optional conditioning, and reject expression-only caches. Validate native and portable numerics, CLI behavior, release inspection and terminal cleanup.
