bind hosted joint surfaces and certify native normal accuracy Compose the shared two-normal map with the physical LU host and its common routing offset. Retain original surface equations and one canonical proposal through physical precision rescue. Bound original-normal displacement and host residual with the existing directed ray arithmetic for amplitudes and cross sections, charging verification to sampling time. Add generated hosted geometry, physical/event, rescue and full-volume normalization acceptance. Keep CT-star maps and GL638 performance claims separate. Record the implementation and remaining measurement gates. Validation: 216 unique core tests, including both 8192-point generated acceptances; formatting, core/API checking and all-target clippy pass. No clippy warnings on changed lines. User prompt: (continue as planned but make sure the time spent in the sampling maps is still quite significantly less than the actual GL638 all-orientation integrand, i.e. it's not crucial to optimize the runtime of the sampling, except if it is somehow comparable to the integrand time; it should be like 10% at the very most, once below that then no need to optimize further).
