record full-orientation alpha replay and host preparation requirements

Archive three native GL638 checks at9d2bdf483, retaining all936 orientations,
six cuts and fullUV. Event identities and precision selections are unchanged;
forcedArb agrees with frozenf2 below1e-288 relative. Preserve the small change
in Double-vs-Arb error without claiming accuracy or variance improvement.

Include exact inputs, native events, source/link commands, fingerprints and
unchanged35-file checkpoint hashes. Refine the next typed host-root handoff
requirements, including canonical routing, draw lineage, occurrence diagnostics
and completed-point representability. These remain unimplemented.

Validation: three native evaluations completed with finite totals/events;
artifact JSON/TOML/Python syntax and hashes verified; independent source and
root documentation review; git diff --check passes. No production changes.
