display effective sampling and threshold metadata reliably

Expose effective channels, exact IDs, threshold associations, signed cycles, and typed graph-specific exports. Add ordered LMB selectors, restore UFO/Linnet printers through state version 10, and keep machine exports color-free with inline arrays. Production auto:surfaces currently resolves optimized-LMB coverage; automatic surface discovery remains separate.
