Add composable threshold multiplier functions and edge energies Expose E(edge), E(effective,edge) and E(star,edge). Bind shared and multiplier-local scalar function maps with a default rationalized dE, nested definitions, reachable dependency validation and hygienic arguments. Preserve definitions through evaluator deduplication, display and archives. Express the current GL638 weights with shared short definitions while preserving their star frames, off-host continuation and lazy zero guards. Existing source DOT metadata remains schema version 1. Bump generated state and standalone versions for the changed binary layouts; leave live states and integrations untouched. Validation: focused Rust threshold, GL297/GL638, function-map, archive and state-manifest tests; cargo check and clippy with warnings denied. Compare all six GL638 weights against the original expressions at ordinary, off-host and soft points in f64 and 1000-bit arithmetic, including exact WH zero guards. Audit the threshold payloads in all tracked DOT inputs. User request: Implement this now then, making sure that: a) Thew new version reproduces locally exactly the same value of the weighing function as it currently produces. b) The existing implementation of GL638 reads compact and legible. c) All existing threshold metadata pushed to the repo (in the `graphs` folder) are compatible with the new structure d) Existing focussed test pass, and a couple new ones are added targeting this structure.
