document and expose sampling and threshold metadata

Expose canonical channels and resolved threshold associations through typed exports and colored reports. Restore UFO and Linnet printers when reloading version-10 states.

Group sampling implementation under one module. Consolidate implemented settings, physics constraints and examples in the user and architecture docs, retaining regression fixtures and reusable NNLO cards while removing research campaigns and generated artifacts.
