parameterize GL638 sampling selection

Expose the graph sampling list as a named runtime placeholder so the production advanced setup and an optimized-LMB-only comparison use the same reproducible card.\n\nUser request: compare against a run of similar length with the just the optimized_lmb sampling strategy and return the corresponding results.\n\nUser request: (Continue as planned, but whenever you see necessary modifications to the run steering, make to update the ..._GL638.toml run card, (and commit+push) so that the entire run will be reproducible then)
