docs: scope Symbolica floats in the GammaLoop stub export The NixCI docs build compiles the Python exporter against the unified CI feature set, which enables Symbolica's Python stub classes. Numerica leaves Float and ComplexFloat unscoped, so they landed in gammaloop._gammaloop and the runtime-registration check failed. 4cfcc9875 had dropped GammaLoop from the float scoping because its standalone exporter build lacks those types. Enable symbolica/python_stubgen for the GammaLoop component, as the other components already do, and scope the floats to Symbolica for it again.
