ci: bound Linnest typst probes and follow spynso3 indexing docs

Nextest runs each clinnet public-behaviour probe in its own process, so the
OnceLock-cached Linnest fixture render is compiled once per probe. Each Typst
compile peaks near 8 GiB RSS; seven at once exhaust the NixCI runner and the
OOM-killed compiles fail silently. Run the probes in the existing
memory-intensive test group (two at a time).

The spynso3 indexing-stub test still asserted the wording removed by
96a7941e6. Assert the current contract sentence, which keeps the guarantee
that indexing follows the logical axes view rather than the canonical
signature.
