docs: fix the site's broken source links

- Include crates/feynkit-py/tests in the documentation sources, as
  crates/linnet-py/tests already is: the FeynKit tutorial and FeynCalc
  coverage pages link four installed_*.py regressions there.
- The gamma-simplification guide linked four gitignored local records
  under examples/notebooks/; name them as uncommitted paths instead.
- Link the Symbolica expansion reproducer through source-link: its
  relative link resolved outside the site from snapshot pages.
