measure gammaloop source edit cache reuse

Benchmark purpose: independently measure NixCI source-edit reuse from approved candidate 5b87a850e77900029a487b3b8c77d1c7138fa8da. Replace the interrupt-clear helper call with its equivalent atomic store, matching the local benchmark edit; preserve all CI inputs.
