record faithful standalone reproduction of the gl262 panic

The raw 19.982 GB builder capture now reproduces the exact original Symbolica panic independently, with matching stack and validated context. Record the completed live and standalone runs, memory boundaries and input identity.

User request:
Ok, that's acceptable. I'd like you now to attempt again GL262 generation with a 500GB guard and n_horner=1 and n_CPE rounds = 5.
However, we saw earlier that it crashed in an odd way, so make sure to mod this generation in a way that you'll be able to faithfully reproduce it in a symbolica standaloen example (potentially with a huge expression to read in, and that's ok; it may not be possible to make it minimal, since earlier attempts at simplifying it did prevent reproduction, so now aim for as faithful of a standalone symbolica reproduction so that there is a chance to actually reproduce it this time). When waiting for generation, use a progressive check timer of +1 min, starting at 4 min, so as to not waste tokens.
