capture exact symbolica builder inputs for standalone replay

Preserve the complete live Atom bytes, ordered parameters, actual FunctionMap,
symbol registry and optimization settings before evaluator construction.
Replay through existing raw AtomView APIs and require an identity registry
mapping and an exact FunctionMap byte certificate before calling the builder.
Keep compilation disabled and retain synchronous memory observations. Allow
ps snapshots thirty seconds to survive brief scheduling stalls in the guard.

Validation: formatted and cargo check passes for the CLI and standalone.
Physical control and large generation remain pending at this milestone.
The completed UV PR is unchanged; this is a separate diagnostic branch.

Ok, that's acceptable. I'd like you now to attempt again GL262 generation with a 500GB guard and n_horner=1 and n_CPE rounds = 5.
However, we saw earlier that it crashed in an odd way, so make sure to mod this generation in a way that you'll be able to faithfully reproduce it in a symbolica standaloen example (potentially with a huge expression to read in, and that's ok; it may not be possible to make it minimal, since earlier attempts at simplifying it did prevent reproduction, so now aim for as faithful of a standalone symbolica reproduction so that there is a chance to actually reproduce it this time). When waiting for generation, use a progressive check timer of +1 min, starting at 4 min, so as to not waste tokens.
