address documentation watch warnings Preserve Tidy signatures and headers in HTML, embed Linnet diagrams as SVG, and report developer-note maintenance advisories through docs-check. Emit source-independent Typst notices once per watcher while retaining source diagnostics. Update tabled to its released proc-macro-error2 fix and replace deprecated Nix platform aliases. User request: also can we address the warnings that get displayed when running just docs-watch all
