Add Typst-based documentation for all products

- add shared Rust schema, proc macros, catalog exporters, builder, search, and live-reload tooling
- publish independent GammaLoop, Linnet, Spenso, Idenso, and Vakint manuals with Rustdoc and Python API references
- add deterministic PDFs, release snapshots, Nix validation, GitHub Pages publishing, and Vakint integration jobs
