embed live WASM notebooks in the product guides

Embed automatically loaded Marimo cells in GitHub Pages with DOT editing,
live layouts, collapsible settings, loading feedback, and shared docs styling.
Use GammaLoop's drawing defaults and automatic external placement. Document
edge and half-edge indices, link to the Linnet guides, and use an uncrossed
example. Add notebook export and browser verification to docs delivery.

Consolidates 11c7160c..891dec7c after folding platform fixes and photos into
the documentation foundation and physics ordering into the GammaLoop change.

User request: consolidate/squash main::docs into a minimal set of functionality based commits
User follow-up: yes, and then track that actions works
User approval: Fix and rerun CI
