remove the unused gpl ec-layout plugin Linnest's Typst package still shipped ec-layout.wasm, the seed plugin that links the GPL-licensed OGDF, although nothing loads it: Typst calls graph_impred_seed in linnest.wasm. Delete the plugin, LICENSE.ec-layout and the Emscripten build (plugin.cpp, build.py --wasm, the CMake branch and the ecLayoutWasm derivation), with every embedding, sync and check of them. linnest.wasm still compiles NetworkX-derived seed code, so its BSD-3-Clause notice ships as its own LICENSE.networkx and the package declares MIT AND Apache-2.0 AND BSD-3-Clause. The local-only native ec-spqr reference engine is unchanged. The justfile written by save dot passed the plugin as a style file that gammaloop-api never extracts, so every recipe using drawing_styles stopped with "failed to read style file". Drop that argument and the stale mi import from the model's generated edge-style.typ, which physics-edge-style.typ no longer provides. The ignored test exported_model_drawings_render_and_cache_without_python now passes; it pins node positions, and seeding unpinned loop graphs still fails in ImPrEd.
