Separate display bindings from the Linnet Python API

Move shared rendering settings, snapshots, and Typst assets to linnet-render-py.
Feynkit and Spynso3 use the display crate without compiling generic Python graphs.
Keep generic graph interop and graph-valued callbacks opt-in with linnet-python.
