Share numerical external wavefunctions with HEPKit

Move existing GammaLoop scalar, vector, spinor and adjoint conventions into feynkit-kinematics. Delegate GammaLoop evaluation and expose immutable numerical states through FourMomentum in the existing Python host. Validate six native physics controls, five GammaLoop regressions, installed-host behavior and generated stubs.
