tighten Python API documentation

Audit generated PyO3 documentation for complete class and callable examples, meaningful parameter sections, and section ordering. Remove vacuous accessor and representation smoke tests, document automatic Feynman-rule numerator instantiation, and clarify dense CFF vertex identifiers.
